Slow Flow YOGA

Gentle yoga is done at a slower pace. It includes rest and breathing exercises to get the most out of your practice. It strengthens muscles and joints, increases flexibility, and refreshes the mind and spirit.

Tantric Energy Immersion for Couples

We start with a short introduction to the Tantric Channel, what it is and how we can connect & activate it.

Partner yoga will begin to open up our bodies physically, and allow us to connect to our partners playfully with physical touch. We begin to ground and feel physically supported by eachother, while syncing our breath and energy bodies. 

Restorative yoga will ground & open us further, and we bring focus on clearing our tantric channel using our breath and voice. 

Next we will be guided into our 50 minute Tantric Activation Journey. Melissa will channel tantric energy, and all you have to do is lay down & feel. 
Mediative drumming music layered with isochronic tones helps guide the brain into alpha & theta states to help the body deeply relax.
Simply stay connected to your breath, remain aware of your partner, and allow whatever arises, whether that’s relaxation, warmth, emotion, deep stillness, or bodily movements.

Tantra is often misunderstood as something purely sexual, but traditionally it is really about connection and consciousness. It teaches us that the same life force that creates intimacy between partners is also the same force that connects us to our own sensuality, our spirit, and what many people experience as the divine or God.

When the tantric energy channel becomes active and energy begins to move through it, many people ex

  • experience a sense of greater aliveness, connection, and awareness.

    When we slow down and become present with that energy, a few things can begin to happen
    We start to feel more connected to our own bodies.
    We become more aware of sensation, breath, and emotion.
    When we share that awareness with a partner, it can create deeper presence, trust, and intimacy.

    This session is not about performance or doing anything perfectly. It’s about presence, curiosity, and allowing energy to move naturally through the body.

    In tantra, connection always begins within ourselves. And from that place, we can begin to share that connection with another.

    This is an invitation to explore energy, presence, and connection together.


Y I N  Y O G A


Yin Yoga involves slowing down, stillness, surrendering, releasing, and unwinding. We hold poses anywhere from 2-7 minutes getting a deep stretch into the connective tissues. Props may be used for support.  Deeply relaxing and meditative.



                   RESTORATIVE YOGA

      Focuses on releasing mind-body tension. Helps bring the nervous system into a state of healing. laying comfortably in non active poses to turn attention inward to reduce anxiety and promote deep relaxation. Use of props for support and poses are held for about 5-10 minutes. Deeply relaxing and meditative. Less about stretching more about allowing, opening with ease, and relaxing.

GUIDED MEDITATION


Quiet the mind, relax the body and enhance presence. Meditations may include breathing exercises, sound healing,

 chanting mantra, hypnotic talk downs, or visualizations. Increase calm, self awareness, and invite in peace & clarity.



SOUND HEALING

Lay down to receive, and melt all of your tension away while Melissa serenades you with an assortment of different healing musical instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, crystal pyramid, zen tubes, drum,& rainstick.


REIKI

Reiki is an energy healing technique in which the reiki practitioner transfers universal life force energy from their hands to the clients body through light touch or above the clients clothed body. This can help to open the clients energy channels to facilitate the flow of healing energy, and promote deep relaxation.

Some benefits include:

reduced stress, anxiety relief, release of energetic blockages, balancing chakras (energy centers) improved mood, better sleep, pain relief, lower blood pressure, and a renewed feeling.

KUNDALINI AWAKENED ACTIVATIONS


A 60 minute direct energy transmission that activates the process of Kundalini Awakening. A profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system happens with continued exposure.

All you have to do is lay down, relax and receive. This experience clears long held and stuck energy blockages in the body. May induce sense of calm, clarity, creativity, divine connection, pure joy and bliss. During a session you may experience spontaneous movements, emotional releases, visuals, out of body experience, bliss states, higher states of consciousness . While bodily movements may occur it is not the focus. This energy works on the emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, bringing holistic transformation.

SHAMANIC BREATHWORK

Guided rhythmic breathing will induce a deep meditative state. This can provide the body with release of physica/emotional pain and or tension. It can help quiet the mind into a meditative state and or trigger emotional release, allowing a sense of lightness, bliss, or feelings of euphoria. Benefits include:
